Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. No Returns, No Exchange, and No Cancellations Policy at Gratitude Store, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been purchased. We meticulously mention the exact size and colour of each product to prevent the need for exchanges. We encourage you to thoroughly review product images and descriptions before making a purchase. Additionally, our Quality Check team meticulously inspects each product to ensure it is free from defects.

  2. However, if you encounter a manufacturing defect, receive a damaged item in transit, or find a missing item in your order, you may register a complaint within 48 hours by emailing us at support@gratitudestore.in
  3. To qualify for a refund, you must provide a video of the unboxing process to demonstrate that you received a defective product. Please include your order number along with the unboxing video.
  4. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 3-6 working days and will be in contact with you to address the issue. If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, our team will guide you through the necessary steps.
  5. If the delivery status indicates “DELIVERED” but you have not received the product, please notify us within 24 hours by emailing your order ID with the subject “wrong delivery status” to support@gratitudestore.in Failure to do so within 24 hours will void your eligibility for a refund or any support from our team.
  6. If you have not received the refunded amount within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your bank, as processing times may vary. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at support@gratitudestore.in for assistance.
  7. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not entertain refunds or cancellations for custom products.
